How to measure:  Measure around the shoulder blades, under arms, to the fullest part of the bust or chest.  The tape measure should be snug but not tight.

2. All the vests are a straight fit, so the waist measurement will be the same as the chest/bust measurement.  Each vest offers a button or velcro waist strap to taper the waist to a proper fit.

3. All of our garments works best when they fit close to the body, however, they should not feel tight.

4. If you do select the wrong size, feel free to send it back to us within 30 days for a size exchange.
