We offer as many ways for you to pay whilst shopping with us. Unlike many on-line shops you don't need a credit card to shop with us. Below you will see a list of payment methods we currently accept. These choices are also available at check-out through our online shopping cart.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose C.O.D. your article will be delivered to the postal outlet closest to your address, and you will be informed that there is a C.O.D. item awaiting collection. Australia Post accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards.
You will receive confirmation of your order immediately via email. We will also email you confirmation of shipping date and your tracking number once your order is processed. All parcels can be tracked on Australia Post's Website with the exception of any order valued under $44.00.

Postage and Handling Prices Australia
Prices are costed out on weight, size and distance. These parcels will be posted via Parcel Post with a Parcel Tracking number with the exception of orders valued under $44.00.

$3.00 for orders valued to $44.00
$9.50 for orders valued to $149.99
Free Post for orders valued over $150.00
Express Post (next day) Australia
You have a choice to select Express Post Service at Check-Out within our Shopping Cart. The cost for this service is an extra $6.50. We prefer to send parcels via Australia Post's Express service.
Signature on Delivery Australia
You have a choice to select Signature Required on Delivery at Check-Out within our Shopping Cart. The cost for this service is an extra $2.95. If your residence is not situated in a safe place, we recommend you select Signature On Delivery.
Orders are shipped via Standard International from Australia, including Tracking and Signature. From the shipping date your parcel should arrive at your ship-to address within 6 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping prices are calculated within the Shopping Cart and can be clearly seen before deciding to purchase your product.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Overseas shipping costs are not refundable in the event the goods are returned for any reason.
Returns Refunds Exchanges
- Tell us how you want to handle the return
- Let us know why you are returning the item (for example: wrong size, wrong item, didn't like colour, damaged in transit, etc.). In your e-mail, please include your home address, your Order Reference # and/or Invoice number.

If the item is not the correct size or does not meet the needs of your application, we will either exchange your product or refund the cost of your item.
If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will give you the option to either resend the parcel (the shipping fee will be recharged), receive a refund or store credit. In the event that a refund is chosen, a processing fee of $9.00 may be charged. Freight costs will not be refunded.
Requesting an Exchange
If you request a size exchange, it is your responsibility to pay the postage back to us, we may pay shipping charges for the item we exchange / ship back to you (ONCE ONLY within Australia only)
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.

If the product is activated prior to returning it for an exchange or refund, we must charge a 25% restocking fee.
Silver Eagle Outfitters offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on each item we sell with the exception of any items listed below. We request that you please try on your product to verify the correct size prior to activating the product for cooling.
DOES NOT COVER: accidental damage, improper care, laundering, negligence, animal attack, normal wear and tear i.e. quilting may show signs of use which does not affect the overall cooling performance of the garment, nor does it cover the activation bag your cooling product came with.
