Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

At Silver Eagle Outfitters, the quality of our products is completely guaranteed for one full year following the purchase of your product. And, if you're not satisfied with the fit or feel of your purchase, we'll replace it or give you your money back through the first 30 days. It's that simple.

Information about your return, refund or exchange:

Tell us how you want to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a Gift Certificate, issue a refund or credit the card originally charged, or other (please explain)?
Let us know why you are returning the item (for example: wrong size, wrong item, didn't like colour, damaged in transit, etc.).
Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
Please give us an email address, fax number or telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.

If you request a size exchange, it is your responsibility to pay the postage back to us, we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship back to you (ONCE ONLY within Australia)

OVERSEAS: Overseas shipping costs are not refundable in the event the goods are returned for any reason and shipping charges will apply for any item we ship back to you.
