While we try to answer all phone calls as we receive them, sometimes it is necessary to leave us a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible. We reply to all emails as we receive them, and we work to reply quickly.

Payment

We offer as many ways for you to pay whilst shopping with us. These choices are available at check-out through our online shopping cart.

100% Secure Ordering

When your web browser is set to its defaults, a small lock in the status line of your browser will appear.

Delivery

We mail your parcels either Standard Delivery or Express Post. These choices can be selected at Check-Out.

Some items (Wholesale) have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order - we will advise.

Bulk Order Discounts

Silver Eagle welcome bulk order enquiries on a number of our CoolChampions Cooling Products. Simply request 'quote' on the contact us form, informing the Product/s and Quantity/s you require. Bulk Order Discounts are for 5+ of a single item and the prices will vary according to how many you require. Prepayment is required.

Business Wholesale Enquiries

If you wish to re-sell our products please contact us to discuss. In Australia you will need to be a Registered Business and holding a current ABN. The requirement would be a 'starter pack' i.e. MQO per unit would apply.

Guarantee

Silver Eagle Outfitters offers 30-day satisfaction guarantee on each item we sell with the exception of the items listed below. We request that you please try on your product to verify the correct size prior to activating the product for cooling.

If the item is not the correct size or does not meet the needs of your application, we will either exchange your product or refund the cost of your item, less any associated freight costs. Silver Eagle GuaranteeIf the product is activated prior to returning it for an exchange or refund, we must charge a 25% restocking fee.

Additionally, if you find any defects with the make or function of your product within one full year of purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

does not cover:
accidental damage, improper care, laundering, negligence, animal attack or normal wear and tear.
